This surface mounted toilet paper holder is fabricated with type 304 series polished brass stainless steel posts with bright brass flanges. The bright brass flanges are powder coated to prevent tarnishing. The mounting system is concealed, as the post is welded to the mounting bracket and flange to form an integral unit. The post assembly mounts on a stainless steel wall plate and is secured with a set screw on the bottom.
